Empowering women in dentistry
A new group has been formed to offer support and guidance for women in dentistry in the UK.
The Facebook group, ‘Empowering Women in Dentistry’, was formed by dentist Mahrukh Khwaja.
‘I set this group with the aim to encourage connection with other women in dentistry, showcase positive female role models and challenge inequality,’ Mahrukh says.
‘I will be organising socials and look forward to meeting you there’.
Empowering Women in Dentistry already has a number of meetings in the pipeline, each intended to allow members to meet like-minded professionals, offer and receive support and guidance, and learn from other empowered women in dentistry and beyond.
Upcoming events include:
Life coach, author and artist Mel Larson helps you to create a big vision using her knowledge of business and life coaching.
Join business woman and change maker, Rebekka Mikkola, where she’ll discuss the top skills every entrepreneur needs to be successful.
Join members of the Empowering Women in Dentistry group for dinner and drinks at Sushi Samba, London.
